February Sustaining Members Appreciation Luncheon
Once a year the association comes together to say Thank You and show our support of our wonderful Sustaining Members. This year's Sustaining Member Appreciation Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2010.
Don't forget - we will also hold our prize drawing for the annual Membership Drive Contest! Bring your completed renewal application for a chance to win!

Location: The Quarry Golf Club

Menu: Chicken Marsala, Chef's Choice of a Medley of the Freshest Seasonal Vegetables, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Tiramisu. Vegetarian plate available upon request. Please specify this request in your reservation, to ensure that a plate will be available for you.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Meeting begins promptly at Noon.
Luncheon Rates: AAPA members: $20.00; Non-Members: $23.00; Non-member vendors (after the first visit): $40.00 per representative. An additional $10 penalty will be assessed for late reservations or no reservations.
Please remember to bring donations to AAPA's designated charity, the San Antonio Food Bank. The Food Bank’s most needed items include peanut butter, cereal, chili, canned stews and soups, canned meats, tuna, beans, rice, pasta, macaroni & cheese, and full meals in a box.
Reservations are required and must be made online. (Email reservations are not accepted.) Deadline for making your reservation is 5:00 PM, Thursday, February 18, 2010. Avoid the long registration line! Mail in your luncheon pre-payment, by the RSVP deadline, to: Public Relations Director, AAPA, PO Box 90037, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
Notice: We regretfully remind you that it is our practice to bill those individuals who make reservations and do not attend. An additional $10 penalty will be assessed for late reservations or no reservations. AAPA accepts cash or checks only. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
